Getting to know Stephanie Goossens A

Hi! I am Stephanie a Licensed therapist based in FL. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, and young adults, including former foster and at-risk youth. In the last 5 years, I have also worked alongside a diverse adult population supporting them through their healing journey. I provide culturally competent services by meeting clients where they are personally and emotionally. I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance where clients actively collaborate in their treatment. I have worked with a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, interpersonal problems, racial/ethnic issues, family issues, adjustment disorder, trauma, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I utilize practical clinical skills and various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR. I hope we can work together to find permanent solutions to whatever is troubling you!
