I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike My approach to treating OCD is collaborative and supportive, focusing on guiding and redirecting in a safe environment. I'll encourage you to face your fears while we work together to create a personalized treatment plan. The goal is to build tolerance for uncertainty and feel more comfortable navigating life's challenges. I’m here to meet you where you are and support you in recognizing your strengths as you work to take control of OCD. I also have experience treating anxiety, panic, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorder. Get to know Stephanie My personal connection to OCD and mental health I have personal experience with OCD, so I understand the difficulty and the challenge in navigating these fears. I know they can present as very real. What I want to help you see in yourself I want to release the stigma around mental health in general—especially the shame that comes with OCD and some of its themes. Shame makes it harder to approach mental health support, or even support from family. What my Members say helps them feel comfortable with me I'm a calm person in general, and I think it puts people at ease. I can hold the emotional climate steady during sessions. The most rewarding part of treating OCD It's really meaningful to feel like Members have the support they need from me to be able to get back to their lives. OCD makes your world really small, and it can feel really isolating, scary and overwhelming. I love seeing Members get back to doing the things they want and need in life.
