My style is warm, engaged, and straightforward—I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and offer honest reflections. I believe in creating a space where you feel supported, challenged when needed, and always respected. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, including psychodynamic, relational, and strengths-based modalities. Whether we’re focusing on immediate coping tools or deeper exploration, I aim to meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Just showing up is enough—we’ll take it from there, together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work together starts with getting to know you—not just what’s bringing you to therapy, but who you are as a whole person. In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on building a strong foundation: exploring your history, current challenges, and what you hope to get out of therapy. This helps us create a shared understanding and tailor our work to fit your needs. From there, sessions are shaped by your goals. Some weeks might involve unpacking specific situations, while others might focus on developing insight, identifying patterns, or building practical tools for coping. I aim to strike a balance between providing space to process and offering structure, so you leave sessions feeling supported and grounded. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I’ll check in regularly to make sure the work feels relevant and meaningful to you. My goal is to create a consistent, compassionate space where real change can take root.
