I have over 19 years experience working with individuals and couples to regain their sense of purpose and happiness, achieve short and long term goals, and I have helped couples navigate the roller coasters of their relationships. My approach to therapy: I am a multimodal counselor, meaning I use a variety of therapy techniques that are more unique to each client's need(s). In our sessions together we will determine your preference of therapy style as well; from a more directed/guided approach to one that is more client-lead depending on your needs.
