I support millennials through major life transitions-those moments that often bring a new identity, significant anxiety, and sometimes feelings of loss or depression. I also work with individuals experiencing OCD and eating disorders. If you are a new mom struggling to make sense of how life has completely changed, anxiously awaiting the birth of your baby, facing infertility, or navigating perinatal mood shifts or postpartum challenges, I am here to support you and help you make sense of it all. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, which informs my compassionate and personalized approach to care.
