Hi! My name is Stephanie, and I want you to know that YOU are important.
I recognize that seeking therapy can be difficult for many reasons. Often, we are not certain what we need at any given point, and it can be even more challenging to look at a photo and read a few lines to decide if the therapist is the right person to turn to for support. Let's take a deep breath and figure this out together.
Have you been experiencing life at such a fast pace that you feel as though you've lost your way? Does it feel like everyone else around you is making progress while you are stuck? Have you experienced trauma and find it difficult to focus, sleep, or connect with others? No matter what you are going through, I am here to listen, provide support, and walk with you through whatever matters to you to help you find your way.
I hold a Master's degree in General Counseling from Midwestern State University and specialize in client-focused therapy to help you find your own path to meaning and purpose for a fulfilling life. Let's talk.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My sessions focus on exploring your true self and finding a way to live a meaningful life. Each session we will review what is most important to you and then work through the goals you set for your own treatment goals. I will listen, maybe ask questions, and allow you to share your perspectives as we work to find healing for your life.
Initially, I will meet with you weekly as we get to know one another and maintain open communication to ensure you are receiving the treatment you need to move forward in life. I do not tend to give "homework" so neither of us has to worry about anything other than being present.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
