It takes courage to reach out for help. Life can be challenging and stressful at times. Stephanie will walk with you as you explore the issues you are facing. She believes we each have a great capacity for growth and change. Stephanie's goal is to assist clients on a journey of self-understanding and healing. Stephanie earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland. She has worked with a diverse background of both young adults and adults. Some of the issues Stephanie has worked with include anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, self-esteem, codependency, life transitions, adjustment disorders, stress/coping, and co-occurring disorders. Stephanie uses a tailor-made approach for each client, integrating various techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
