Getting to know Stephanie Marshall

I am currently offering video sessions. Once you book a 60 minute intake session, I will send paperwork. Sessions are $130 per session. I DO NOT accept insurance. I am private pay.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a warm, therapeutic space to facilitate processing of past traumas with a focus on attachment, values-based living, and cognitions/emotions. We will collaborate on your treatment to improve aspects of your life while building coping strategies and processing difficult emotions. My goal is for you to feel comfortable while making progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy starts with a comprehensive diagnostic intake to gather information about your background and current stressors and lifestyle. I usually encourage clients to meet biweekly to start and, as therapy progresses, we can meet less often. I will send resources and researched strategies to try between sessions if you are interested.
