“We contacted Steph to treat our teenage transgender son. He was suicidal and my husband and I were desperate to find immediate help. Steph was reassuring and realistic about our expectations. They made us all feel extremely comfortable and took the time to establish the trust and relationship necessary to connect with our son. Steph recommended a colleague as part of our son's team as well, and together with another therapist and gender affirming care from medical professionals, they all collaborated to make leaps and bounds in his healing transformation. Our son bonded with Steph and they made a deep connection. He is doing so much better and Steph was an integral part of his progress. We would recommend Steph to anyone needing a competent, caring therapist and we feel very lucky to have found Steph when we did.”
