My goal is to empower you to find acceptance, deepen your connections, and discover the inner strength that’s already within you. Together, we’ll work toward building lasting emotional well-being and creating the changes you want to see in your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In my practice, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, EMDR and strength-based perspectives. I tailor my approach to each individual, offering tools and strategies that foster healing, resilience, and personal growth.
