As needed, we will also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to gently examine patterns that might be holding you back, and Motivational Interviewing to help you find your own inner drive for change. Periodically, we will check in on your progress to ensure our sessions continue to meet your evolving needs and actively support you in living your best life possible.
