I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College. What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer client centered therapy practices that focus on the client's individual needs utilizing cognitive behavior and mindfulness interventions. I provide a calm and welcoming setting that is based on mutual respect. The therapeutic process is a journey that you will be able to control, with support and professional guidance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The focus of the initial therapy session is why the client is seeking therapy at this time. It is important to answer any questions and discuss any expectations the client may have during the initial interaction. In my experience, this helps to begin building a mutual trust and respectful therapeutic relationship. We will work together to establish goals and measurable outcomes.
