Psychotherapist
TX
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping individuals heal their mind, body, and soul. I believe in a holistic approach to find the best therapeutic technique for each individual/issue. I graduated with a master’s degree in professional and school counseling from the University of Houston in 2020. Since then, I have been working as a mental health therapist for adolescents and adults. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and I am currently getting trained on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Throughout my clinical practice, I have been helping individuals struggling with anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, relationships, and adjustment issues. “There is no timestamp on trauma. There isn’t a formula that you can insert yourself into to get from horror to healing. Be patient. Take up space. Let your journey be the balm.” – Dawn Serra

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
