*This provider does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans* I help individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or are struggling to move past painful experiences. My focus is on creating a space where you can safely explore your deepest emotions and gain clarity on what's holding you back. Therapy isn't just about coping; it's about uncovering your innate strength and building a life filled with meaning, connection, and genuine hope for the future. I hold a space for you that is calm, authentic, and infused with a touch of lightheartedness because I believe healing doesn't have to be heavy. I approach every person with genuine empathy and a commitment to understanding your story deeply.Off the clock, I'm usually spending time with my boyfriend, trying a new recipe, or binge watching TV. Hesitation is completely normal, but imagine the relief of having a dedicated partner on your side. If you're reading this, you are already ready for a positive change. Now is the time to choose yourself. I pride myself on creating a truly relational space where you will feel understood and empowered from our very first conversation. If you’re looking for a therapist who is both deeply compassionate and gently challenging, I may be the right fit for your journey. Stephanie Sampson has a Master’s in Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Stephanie is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) APC001182 at Cerebral (Pennsylvania). What should a new client know about working with you?

Sometimes we get bogged down from the weight of our past and what we are going through we cannot see past it. I have been in that place and someone inspired me to push and become my best self. I am here to do that for you. I want you to see the beautiful person you are, and all that you can be. Whatever your goal is, I want to help you on your journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with children and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, life transitions, social issues, and familial stress. I have extensive experience supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, with a practice rooted in cultural humility and inclusive care. My clinical style is collaborative, grounded, and deeply attuned to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Expressive Art Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
