My name is Stephanie Sattar. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University and earned my License for Clinical Social Work. I specialize in working with individuals and caregivers, focusing on difficult transitions, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, and self-care. My treatment approach is client- and solution-focused. We work together to find solutions. As humans, we all go through difficult times in our lives. It can be hard to seek help, but it is a brave and powerful step to take. Working toward healing and personal growth requires a trusting relationship. This work is what leads to change and new possibilities.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Sessions are very individual for each person. Whether you need to have someone to vent or talk to, or you are working towards a goal or behavior change, that is something we can work through together.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
