Reach Out: Contact me to schedule your first session. Initial Meeting: In our first session, we’ll talk about what you’re going through, your goals, and how I can best support you. Create a Plan: Based on our discussion, we’ll develop a personalized plan with clear goals and strategies tailored just for you. Ongoing Sessions: We’ll meet regularly to work through your plan, address any new concerns, and make adjustments as needed. I’ll provide a supportive and safe space throughout. Check-Ins and Feedback: We’ll regularly review your progress and adjust our approach to ensure you’re getting the most out of our time together. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way!
