Getting to know Stephanie Schroy

As a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping others heal from their trauma. You've already survived your trauma. Let's work together to keep it in your past, so you can feel safe and empowered in the present. My true passion is being able to watch as my clients understand themselves on a deeper level, feel empowered and in control of their lives, and let their trauma become a part of their story rather than letting it dictate their lives. I love using EMDR to facilitate true healing, and DBT/CBT/TF-CBT to help clients learn the skills they need to manage symptoms as they come up. Every client I work with is met with warmth, a safe space to work through the deep pain, and acceptance at every level. Come as you are and we'll work together to get you to the most powerful version of you.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
