DBT Group This group will help you face challenges commonly associated with BPD, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. Dr. Scott’s groups focus on transformation of negative thoughts and beliefs into positivity, intentionality, and mindfulness in a warm and encouraging environment. Discover how to view yourself and the world through a new lens in order to regulate your emotions and regain control of your life through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Experience the freedom of navigating pain, challenges, negative emotions, stress, and conflict in healthier ways for the purpose of greater self-awareness and improved wellbeing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After booking a group therapy time via Zocdoc, you'll receive an email with Grouport's sign up form. Please fill this out so that they can better assess your mental health needs and assure you're joining the right group for you. You'll schedule a free quick consultation with one of Grouport's clinical coordinators and then will be ready to join your weekly group therapy sessions. The sessions will be held virtually for 60 once a week, with a group of up to 12 people going through similar mental health experiences. You're going to love the safe, supportive setting you'll experience in every group therapy session. Get ready to learn from others in a community of people who care about your progress.
