I am especially trained to work with children and adolescents with ADHD or ASD. I am also certified in assessing ADHD and ASD. Let me help you understand yourself or your child.

Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're not sure where to start. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw on CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, and I often incorporate play- or art-based techniques when words are hard to find.
