The provider is supervised by Cynthia Nava, M.S., LPC-S and as a doctoral candidate by Dr. Jorge Chavez. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where people of all ages can feel safe, understood, and cared for. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them slow down and better understand what's happening beneath the surface. Together, we can make things clearer, more manageable, and less overwhelming.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am especially trained to work with children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD and/or ASD. I am also trained and certified in assessing ADHD and ASD. Let me help you understand yourself or your child.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're not sure where to start. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw on CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, and I often incorporate play- or art-based techniques when words are hard to find.
