You’re outwardly successful but silently struggling—trapped in anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from your true self as you navigate a big life transition. You long for calm, confidence, and purpose. I specialize in working with those who identify as women, but I can help individuals of all genders and identities break free from old patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and build resilience. My integrative and holistic approach includes partnering with you to find tailored solutions blending talk therapy, expressive arts (optional), mindfulness, somatic practices, and action-focused coaching to create lasting change. You don’t have to navigate this alone and finding the right therapist is important. I offer compassion and practical tools tailored to your needs to help you heal and grow in mind, body and spirit. PLEASE NOTE: I do not take insurance but can provide a Superbill that you can submit to inquire about reimbursement. I do provide a sliding scale to make sessions accessible, and discounted multi-session packages so please inquire in our consult about payment options.

What should a new client know about working with you?

With 25 years of experience, I’m a trauma-certified LCAT and master-level Integrative Coach offering multiple modalities (NLP, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, Jungian, Gestalt), ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and coaching grounded simple actionable steps and mind-body healing to help you find relief, build resilience, and improve confidence. My approach is holistic including mind, body, and spirit and with my experience in therapy and coaching, you get the best of both worlds! Although I'm trained as an art therapist, you aren't required to do art work. My whole approach is creative- whether we are doing written exercises, talking through challenges or mind-body work. Your feedback is important to me and our relationship is client led with a focus on your goals and desires. If one technique isn't working for you, I have a large toolbox of others to choose from.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I focus on relief first. If you are in a crisis or burnout, we will focus our first month on tools and exercises you can use to get to a place of calm and emotional regulation. From there we can do a deeper dive into your background/ circumstances and where to focus your efforts when it comes to sustainable change. Clients report gradual clarity and stress reduction within a month. In sessions, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and how your early experiences, upbringing, and past trauma have shaped your current patterns, beliefs, and behaviors. Through mind-body approaches and practical tools based in science, you'll learn to break free from old conditioning and limiting beliefs so you can live from your authentic self, build confidence, and make empowered values-aligned choices. Together we will create a personalized support plan for lasting results.
