I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Texas with over 15 years of experience working as a Therapist, Clinical Director, and Executive Director. I hold a Master's degree in Counselor Education with a focus on School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of Houston, Victoria. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career difficulties, and chronic mental illnesses such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I have also supported many individuals who have experienced physical trauma, sexual abuse, human trafficking, or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and solution-focused techniques with a TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) component.
