Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Criswell College. I began my counseling career working in addiction recovery at a residential treatment center. During my time there, I also started working in private practice with individuals, focusing on trauma recovery. I have 8 years of experience. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and PTSD through a variety of evidence-based methods. Recently, I have begun studying ADHD and autism and have worked with multiple adults with late-in-life diagnoses to understand how these have impacted their current life stressors. I am able to utilize a faith-based approach upon request.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
