I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate the demands of life. My approach integrates practical tools with deep emotional insight to support lasting change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is a space of respect, honesty, and compassion where all parts of you are welcome. When you're ready to move beyond survival mode and into something more connected, please schedule your first call. I would be honored to work with you on developing a caring, focused, and warm process where you can grow.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clients typically recognize patterns in 2-3 weekly sessions and begin to feel relief shortly after. I aim to "work my way out of a job" with each of my clients, and treatment tends to run between 3-6 months. I work with adults, including parents, who struggle with an internal voice that criticizes and nags them. This work focuses on patterns of people-pleasing that present as anxiousness and low confidence, and difficulty staying present due to being overwhelmed and worried about how others perceive them.

Clients can choose to work through private pay or select insurance providers, which we can review during our 15 minute consultation phone call. Private pay is processed through IVY Pay and insurance (Aetna, Cigna, and Florida Blue) will be processed through Headway. There are benefits to both processes, and I am happy to discuss those with you.
