Getting to know Stephen Marten

Stephen is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, National Certified Counselor and earned his Master's Degree from Gonzaga University in Marriage and Family Therapy. Stephen has worked with young couples, kids of all ages, parents, and entire families. He has taught parenting classes, worked in non-profit organizations, and worked with children of all ages and their families in schools as well as the residential treatment setting. Stephen is also a certified facilitator for the internationally acclaimed parenting program Circle of Security as well as a certified equine therapist. Everyone deserves a happy life and everyone deserves happy and healthy relationships with themselves, their family, and others. As we improve those relationships and improve ourselves, we can be happier, healthier, and more able to cope with other life stresses. Stephen has had many different experiences that help him connect with people of all ages and from all walks of life. He is easy to talk to and conveys a genuine desire to help. His holistic and systems approach combine many different evidence-based practices to help the individual, couple or family create positive change in their lives.
