Psychotherapist
UT
Life can be hard, and we can often think that we need to do everything ourselves, but if you're reading this, then you have gotten to the point where you are at least considering trying to find some support or help. You don't need to do everything on your own, and there is no shame in reaching out for help. Whether you struggle with your relationship, being a parent, stress, anxiety, depression, self-image, or any of the other struggles that life puts in front of us, I can help you get through it and give you the tools and skills you need to improve your life and your relationships. My approach I am a board-certified and trained marriage and family therapist who has spent 7 years helping individuals, couples, and families grow as a result of their life challenges. I want you to feel seen and heard as you go through your own journey and learn how to manage and overcome. My focus No one is the same, and I try to meet everyone where they are at without judgment or criticism. Just by coming to therapy or making that first call means that you want something different and are willing to reach out for help. Let me meet you where you're at and help you move forward! My communication style I am flexible and easy going, and try to be as honest and forthcoming as possible. I try to leave all the 'therapy words and phrases' out of it and focus on what things really look like in the real world. It's all about finding something that works for you outside of a therapist's office, so that you can make positive changes.
