I am a queer art therapist and licensed clinical professional counselor in Illinois. Each person's story is unique, which is why I utilize narrative, person-centered, and Internal Family Systems approaches to help individuals achieve a greater understanding of self through creative self-expression and storytelling. Through creative processes, we can explore and visualize these narratives and beliefs, fostering understanding and connection. I am here to help you cultivate and tell the story of your life and together, we'll navigate your journey, transforming challenges into strength and self-discovery!
