CA
About me: I was born and raised in Kansas, surrounded by agriculture and the beautiful prairie and sunsets. I came to be a social worker later in life and enjoy being a therapist. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy a quiet and balanced life that reflects my commitment to personal growth and mindfulness. Valuing quality time with my family and friends, and I often spend weekends hiking, traveling, reading, or exploring local restaurants . An advocate for holistic well-being, I practice meditation regularly and am passionate about fitness, nutrition, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When I’m not working with clients or engaging in continued education, I enjoy music, photography, and the occasional road trip to recharge and gain new perspectives. Being grounded and compassionate nature in both my personal and professional life is a reflection of the values I bring to my therapeutic practice

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, ACT, and solution-focused therapy, depending on the client and context.
