Whether you're experiencing life changes, are neurodiverse, dealing with anxiety, mild to moderate depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex PTSD (C-PTSD), feeling disconnected from your body, or seeking support with personal or gender identity exploration and development, I am here to support you. I also offer therapy that includes more 'bottom-up' or body-based/somatic approaches. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative therapeutic experience where I hold space for you with kindness and compassion, while also being direct and grounded. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My approach is deeply rooted in my commitment to inclusivity and understanding the unique experiences of each individual.
