If you are currently experiencing emotional difficulties, I would like to help you capitalize on personal strengths and qualities to help you have a more fulfilling life. I work with both men and women, with particular experience in assisting clients with anxiety and depression. For more than 20 years, I have worked with adults of all ages, especially those who have emotional difficulties related to illness, PTSD, aging, family and relationships, anxiety, and depression. Compassionately facilitating calmness, clarity and connection during the processing of trauma and emotional challenge is central to my practice.
