What should a new client know about working with you?

My Approach When you work with me, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering, not overwhelming. I meet you where you are and work at a pace that feels comfortable while helping you develop insight, self-compassion, and practical tools for everyday life. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Whether you’re feeling stuck, emotionally drained, or caught in cycles of anxiety or depression, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and confident moving forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and what feels most important right now. Together, we create a flexible and personalized plan that reflects your goals and needs. Ongoing sessions may include mindfulness practices, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and creative approaches to help you reduce stress, break unhelpful patterns, and strengthen your relationship with yourself. Throughout our work, I aim to provide a steady, compassionate space that supports growth, clarity, and long-term emotional well-being.
