I aim to foster an environment that encourages creativity and openness. My journey to mental healthcare Helping people overcome life’s challenges. My goals for you Goal setting is a collaborative process between the client and therapist. To support this, clients are encouraged to explore their reasons for coming to therapy and identify what they want to change or improve. Clients may also be asked to choose a focus area. My first session with you The initial session is designed to build rapport and gather information about what brings clients to therapy. I work to understand clients’ needs and concerns in order to develop a plan to address their issues.
