Dr. Bell has nearly 25 years of experience working with multicultural clients of all ages in private practice, community mental health agencies, and residential settings. He specializes in anxiety, depression, substance abuse, Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), and the autism spectrum. Dr. Bell has presented statewide to high school students on sociopolitical realities in American society and created interactive social skills groups featured on WVIZ "Ideastream." He has extensive experience in family therapy for juveniles and has served as a youth academic mentor and career counselor for many years. A member of the Chi Sigma Iota Academic Honor Society and the Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society, Dr. Bell is also a member of the Association of Marriage and Family Counselors. He earned his bachelor's degree in social work and master's degree in counseling from Cleveland State University, and his doctoral degree in counseling with a specialization in marriage and family therapy from Kent State University.
