Please contact me directly to schedule your appointment!*** As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor my primary objective is assisting individuals in overcoming the challenges and obstacles that interfere with their being the best version of themselves. I do this by engaging them in therapeutic dialogue, helping them establish personal goals for success, and encouraging their progress. I enjoy working with highly motivated adults and young people who are actively engaged in working toward their personal goals. With over 25 years of experience working with adults, teens and children, I have successfully assisted individuals with a variety of issues including ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I am passionate about working with people who are experiencing significant life change meet challenges and exceed their expectations. This is why I have primarily focused on working with young people as they are actively engaged in developing their individual identity and personal values. We all continue to face change as we move through life and there is capacity for growth in us all. I would be happy to work with you to make meaningful change and growth in your life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
