His treatment approach is tailored to each individual and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and additional evidence-based interventions when clinically appropriate. Since beginning his clinical practice in 2015, Steve has remained committed to helping people overcome obstacles related to mental health, life transitions, stress, and relationship concerns. He earned his education from Argosy University and the University of Washington, building a strong foundation for providing compassionate and effective mental health care.
