My name is Steven East. I have over 20 years of experience in mental health and substance use disorders. I am a BBS Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor Supervisor, and a Certified EMDR therapist. I utilize a hybrid approach featuring Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and EMDR. By utilizing weekly standardized assessment tools, you will be able to gauge your progress in real time allowing for prompt adjustments alleviating wasted time on the wrong methods. My journey began facing a terrible family tragedy which prompted the mission I am. My experience and valuable personal history have contributed to assisting countless patients achieve a happy life.
