Getting to know Steven Foister

I have been working in the the behavioral health field for over 15 years. While I 'm originally from Washington State, my initial training was in the state of New Mexico where I studied counseling and therapy. Through my career I've been fortunate to work with a variety of cultural and spiritual backgrounds. through my early experience working with clients I learned the importance of viewing the self as a whole which is made up potentially conflicting parts, that the emotional past is intertwined with our emotional present, and that things like trauma and grief don't simply fade with time but have a compounding effect. I've served in a variety of roles from therapist, clinical manager and clinical director to clinical supervisor for therapists early in their careers.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
