Heal your past for the last time! If you have been struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, or chronic stress, you know getting free of it is not so simple as to just think more positive. Waking up every day in a prison of your own mind can feel like hell. You might be doing everything you can think of to overcome the negativity, yet you still feel like a burden or that there is just something broken about you and even simple tasks can seem overwhelming and hard. I’ve been in private practice for over 10 years using mindfulness, meditation, breath work, shadow work, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing. My goal is to help you start getting results that help you be able to feel better after every session. Changing limiting beliefs, learning to set boundaries, trauma work, and learning how to spot and avoid toxic individuals that may have directly contributed to your pain are all components of how I do therapy so you can have lasting change. Although therapy can sometimes be slow, I try to be as efficient as possible so that you will no longer need me in manifesting the life you'd rather get busy living.

From the second I walked in the door I knew Steven was going to be a force for good and fantastic therapist and he STILL managed to exceed my expectations. He is NOT the type of therapist that bobs there head and asks "and how did that make you feel?" He's not afraid to challenge you when he sees an opportunity that you can handle. Steven is charismatic, real, insightful, and considerate. I could not have asked for a better professional confidant and feel so lucky to have found him. He's taught me that therapy doesn't have to be depressing or dull - in fact it can be really enjoyable! Can not recommend him enough.
