Steven brings a wealth of experience to Sadler, having worked over the past decade as a community therapist, clinical supervisor and clinical director for evidence-based family treatments such as Multisystemic Therapy (MST) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT). He has been a licensed social worker since 2017 and has dedicated his career to improving the lives of families and children through evidence-based treatment approaches. He holds a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Susquehanna University and a master’s degree in social work from Marywood University. In his leisure time, he enjoys the outdoors, playing music with friends, and writing about the life of a social worker and father.
