Steven Owens, LPC

Psychotherapist
GA
Choosing to start therapy is a big step, and I don't take that lightly. It's truly a privilege to walk alongside people in seasons where they're growing, reflecting, and working toward healing. My approach isn't just built on training and clinical experience‚it's also shaped by my own personal journey and my faith. Because of that, I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times, but I also believe that change, clarity, and healing are real. In my work as a therapist, I've supported individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, men's issues, substance use, and trauma. Life moves fast, and a lot gets put on us emotionally. My goal is to give you a space where you can slow down, think clearly, and be yourself without judgment‚while also creating room for truth, growth, and restoration. I aim to build a relationship that's honest, supportive, and real. Whether you're dealing with something specific or just trying to figure things out, I'm here to help you gain insight, build resilience, and develop tools that actually stick.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
