What should a new client know about working with you?

I have extensive experience in working with a diverse population with a wide range of issues. Some of the areas of specialization are diagnosing and treating ADHD; Anxiety/Depression, as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, using techniques based upon an understanding of how the brain works (neurology); Trauma therapy, using narrative therapy which has shown to be very effective at helping accelerate the healing process from trauma. I have many other areas like LGBTQ+ issues, grief, relationship problems, Christian spiritual issues, etc.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

With sensitivity and compassion, we will work together to find solutions to a wide range of life's challenges and psychological issues. I draw on a variety of evidence-based techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for you. Helping you build on your strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
