With over a decade of experience, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults across diverse environments. Holding a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno, and being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my expertise lies in addressing anxiety, depression, unprocessed trauma, stress, adjustment disorders, and women's issues.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a warm, empathetic, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. Intentionally cultivating a safe, therapeutic space, I guide individuals in unlocking their natural capacity for healing and navigating mental health challenges. My goal is not only to assist clients with achieving their immediate mental health goals, but to ensure clients are leaving with the tools to sustain their success through a lifetime.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in looking at the whole picture to understand how you reached this point. I specialize in blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Psychodynamic approaches to help navigate, process, understand and change one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a way that improves your mental wellbeing. I offer a lot of education and skill building in the areas of communication, anger management, interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation and stress management.
