Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Sue understands the struggles of multiple generations of people, including teenagers. I feel like I can tell her anything and not have to spend the hour explaining what I mean, because she gets it. I would recommend her to almost anyone who needs someone to talk to.

This is my first ever experience with therapy and I feel like I hit the lottery with Sue. I've heard stories from friends about how difficult it can be to find the right therapist you click with. I literally knew Sue was awesome about 10 minutes into my first session. She listens and let's me just vent out everything I need to get off my chest but doesn't hesitate to ask me questions to make me think deeper into my situation! I can be comfortable and talk normally without having to feel like I'm in an uncomfortable professional setting. I actually look forward to my appointments every week! I am going to be doing this for a while and I am so thankful to know that I have Sue by my side every week to help me through this. She's the BEST!
