“Sue really is one of a kind. She was so helpful and I really had great hope. I looked forward to working with sue through my mental health journey. It's too bad that Growtherapy billed me in 2 lump sums, rather than weekly, like I'd been going to appts.it took along time for them to figure out insurance and then billed me all at once. More than I can do in one payment. So now I'm without the best therapist I've ever known in my 29 years of having them. Very disappointing. But at least I know good therapists exist. Grow therapy will get paid, but I can't in good conscience continue to use them. This was all too traumatic for me”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Sue is a great fit for me. I feel very lucky. I was dubious about finding anyone on the internet, however it's worked out perfectly. A close friend suggested it was time for professional help so I reached out. I'm getting the understanding and support needed to help me through the challenges I'm facing.
