Getting to know Sue Wilson

I look forward to working with clients who are struggling with trauma, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, substance use, and grief. Together, we will collaborate on small, attainable goals, giving the client autonomy in their therapeutic journey through a holistic approach. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy College, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a therapist, I pride myself in working with individuals by empowering their autonomy, and collaborate in achieving their goals. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), with close to 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. I have experience working with clients who experience, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I also speak Spanish (Hablo Espanol)

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients will be able to make autonomous decisions in their sessions; I will serve as a guide to assist you in navigating through difficult areas. We will build small attainable goals, where you will feel empowered and confident in due time.
