What should a new client know about working with you?

I incorporate behavioral therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), harm reduction counseling, and humanistic therapy approaches to meet you where you are at. I will provide you with a safe space to work through challenging moments, unlearn unhelpful thoughts, and embrace your true potential. I provide person-centered and trauma informed care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First, I'd love to chat with you for a free consult to see what your therapy goals are, see if I accept your insurance, discuss scheduling, and support you on how to set up your first session. In our initial sessions, we’ll collaborate to explore your personal history, symptoms, and goals for therapy. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan to guide our work and monitor your progress.
