I'm a licensed mental health counselor who likes being authentic and direct with my clients without being judgmental. People want realness from their therapist, not a cold and and clinical approach. My approach to treatment is holistic, multicultural, and collaborative. I want my clients to feel in control of their lives and be proactive in their treatment. Together we will help you identify the things that are holding you back and you will learn the skills needed to propel you forward. What should a new client know about working with you?
Our first session will be getting to know each other. I'll be gathering information from you so I can get to know you and your situation better. We will go over questions about your history, concerns, and goals for therapy.
Building trust and respect with my clients is important to me. Mutual trust and respect are the foundation of a successful therapeutic relationship. We will work together to design your treatment plan and consider not only your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, but also respect your cultural identity, spirituality, gender identify, sexual orientation, and relationship structures (monogamy, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, etc.).
What is your typical process for working with clients?
If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, women's issues, and life transitions (divorce/break-ups, dating again, moving abroad, empty nest, etc.), I can help. I respect all genders, cultures, religions/spiritual beliefs, lifestyles, sexual orientations, and relationship structures.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
