Things can feel out of control and you don’t know how to slow it down. Life can feel like a whirlwind sometimes. Maybe thoughts are irrational, but you can’t stop them. Maybe you are starting to realize you might not make the best choices. Maybe you have driven yourself into a state of panic. Maybe your child has hit a breaking point and you don’t know how to help. We can figure this out together. I want to help you achieve that balance you are looking for so you can start living the life you want. I have worked with children and adults for the past 13 years in community mental health, in schools, and in private practice. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from the University of Georgia, which has equipped me with the skills to support you through these challenges.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
