With a background as an educator in various roles and as a parent trainer, I possess a unique skill set to assist parents in their parenting journey. I specialize in a range of areas including anger management, anxiety, children's mental and behavioral health, adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, intimate and romantic relationships, spirituality, stress, and trauma. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family and engaging in activities that nurture my own well-being.
