I am a licensed clinical social worker in Missouri with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with chronic diseases, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, and coping with life changes. I draw on somatic approached, incorporating mindfulness/bodyfulness and self-compassion, to help clients explore gaining a deeper understanding of mind and body as a whole. I am also passionate for the financial wellbeing with mental health and end-of-life preparedness.
