My primary strengths are treating anxiety-related disorders and multiple variants within that broad category. In fact, many psychological difficulties and formal disorders outside that category have anxiety as a core component. Persistent anxiety can become debilitating over time and have detrimental effects on the body due to the prolonged presence of adrenaline and cortisol in the bloodstream, on the mind due to frequent perceptions of vulnerability and threat, and on life in general due to avoidance tendencies—social, environmental, occupational, and more—that often trigger inappropriate anxiety, fear, and even depression. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the Indore School of Social Work, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to effectively address these challenges.

If you do not have insurance, we also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
